Artificial Intelligence Transparency Statement

HICMR is committed to transparency and the responsible use of Generative ArtificiaI Intelligence (AI). While generative AI may be used for efficiency and innovation, if used, as HICMR strives to provide accurate and reliable information, all AI-generated content will undergo human review and editing.

Usage

HICMR does not plan to use AI in services that the Clients may directly interact with (such as on the HICMR Client Portal) or be significantly impacted by. AI is not used in compliance, auditing or decision-making.

Our AI usage is focused on enabling functions by way of AI tools such as:

• meeting transcription and automated document summarisation
• data analysis

HICMR has very limited AI usage. Any changes to our AI use will result in an update to this Transparency Statement.

AI Transparency Statement Review Cycle

This AI Transparency Statement was first published on HICMR’s website in August 2025. This Statement will be reviewed annually, or sooner, should there be any significant changes to HICMR’s use of AI.
